Contractors

The read-only contractor directory.

The contractors your organization works with, shared by every property in it. The page exists so you can look someone up — their trade, availability, rating and contact line — before you approve a dispatch or ask a superintendent about a visit.

At a glance

What you can doRead and search the directory
What you cannot do yetAdd, edit or remove a contractor. There is no such control anywhere in the console

Before you start

This page is not turned on in every workspace. It is one switch for the whole workspace, not a per-property setting, and when it is off, Contractors is missing from the settings rail and typing the address takes you back to your home page rather than showing an error — that is the switch, not a fault. If you need the directory and cannot see it, ask whoever set up your workspace.

Contractor records are maintained by WorkCore, as the page's own subtitle says: Your organization's contractor directory, shared across all properties. Managed by WorkCore for now. To add or correct a contractor, go through your WorkCore contact.

What you see

A search box (Search contractors or trades) and a table: Name, Trade, Availability, Rating, Status and Contact. A contractor nobody has rated yet reads No reviews. The contact column shows the contact line as it is held on the record.
