Property manager guide

Dashboard

The property manager's landing page and what it links through to.

Where you land when you sign in as a property manager. It is a set of shortcuts, not a workspace: four counters, the five newest work orders, the approvals that have waited longest, and the newest audit entries. Every panel links through to the page that does the work.

Check Awaiting approval first. While a request sits there, a superintendent's work order is stopped until you decide it.

What you see

RegionWhat it shows
Open work orders tileOpen work orders in the queue right now. The line underneath is the average hours to dispatch, or in the queue now when that figure is not available. Opens the queue filtered to open
Urgent tileOpen work orders marked urgent. Opens the queue filtered to open and urgent
Awaiting approval tileRequests waiting for your decision. Opens the approvals queue
Audit events tileAudit entries recorded at this property in the last 24 hours. Opens the audit trail on the same window
Recent work ordersThe five newest work orders — Work order, Issue, Priority, Status, Opened. Clicking a row opens it in the queue. Above the table, a strip counts the whole queue by bucket
Approval queueUp to five pending requests, oldest first, under the subtitle Longest-waiting dispatch decisions. View all approvals goes to the full queue
Recent auditThe five newest entries in the audit trail, whatever they are — work orders, dispatches, approvals, settings changes and people changes alike. Its subtitle reads Newest work-order and approval actions, but the panel is not filtered to those. View all audit events goes to the full trail

Rules and limits

  • Each list panel shows at most 5 rows. Everything older is on the page it links to.
  • The Audit events tile counts the last 24 hours at your property only, not the whole organization.
  • A tile that cannot work out its number shows — and the word unavailable. It never shows a stand-in figure, so a dash means the number is not known rather than that it is zero.
  • In the strip above Recent work orders, the Waiting approval figure counts pending approval requests, not work orders. It will not match the work-order queue's filter of the same name — see Work orders.
